“Life is 90% perception and 10% truth.”
Shasha Jones,
MS, LPC, CBIS, CPRP
“ I strive to show individuals that their perceived major problems are just actually smaller situations that can be mastered step by step. We just have to gain clarity of your perception. Every situation we encounter is like looking in a mirror. You can never get the full scope of the situation if your perception is foggy. I assist you in cleaning your mirror first, then guide you on how to master taking those steps.”
Ms. Jones seeks to help individuals focus on their strengths instead of focusing on their perceived weaknesses and or diagnosis(es) that they may have been “labeled” with during their life. She believes that no one is their weakness. Instead, the strengths of a person are truly who they are. She seeks to help individuals increase their resilience to traumas, disabilities, and negative life situations by helping them to recover and maintain their ability to live fulfilling lives.
